Service Description

Meally suggests recipes based on ingredients identified from photos or text you provide, combined with your preferences. Your preferences and saved recipes are stored locally on your device. We may change features at any time.

No Accounts

Meally does not require sign-in. Your preferences and saved recipes are stored locally on your device and are not tied to any account.

Your Content & License

You may upload photos or provide text. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use that content solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights to provide the content and it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

• Don’t misuse the service or interfere with its operation.
• Don’t upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Don’t attempt to reverse engineer or bypass protections.

Third-Party Services

We rely on third parties to process uploads and to source recipes or AI capabilities. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

Meally, including its brand and software, is owned by its respective rights holders. Except for your content, you may not use any part of the app’s content or materials without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or stop providing the service at any time, including if you violate these Terms or we discontinue the app.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the service or your content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. If you continue using Meally after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
